The best way to soak up the full festival experience is to camp right where the action is – at the Carinda Sports Grounds. Stay among fellow Bowie fans, enjoy the outback skies, and keep the festival vibes going all weekend long.

 

 

📍 Location

•     Camping is at the Carinda Sports Grounds, right next to the festival site.

•  Only a short stroll to the Carinda Hotel,

• food available on site and the main stage

•  Flat, spacious grounds suitable for tents, swags, campervans, and caravans.

 

 

📅 Camping Access

•  Camping opens: Thursday 2 October 2025 at 12pm

•  Camping closes: Stay as long as you like – no strict curfew or cut-off!

• Many campers choose to stay through the long weekend to enjoy the community vibe.

 

 

🛠️ Facilities

•     Toilets & Showers – Basic facilities available at the Sports Grounds.

•     Water Access – Potable water available at refill points.

•     Food & Drinks – A variety of food vendors onsite, plus the famous Carinda Hotel nearby.

•     Rubbish & Recycling – Please help us keep Carinda clean and take care of your waste.

•     Tent, swag, campervan, or caravan.

•     Sleeping gear – nights can get chilly in the outback.

•     Shade, hats, sunscreen, and sunnies for hot days

•     No campfires – fire risk in the outback is high.

•     Respect the space – keep it clean for fellow campers.

•     Good vibes only – Carinda is about community, music, and connection.

🚗 Parking & Access

•     Parking is included with camping.

•     Follow signs on arrival – stewards will guide you to your campsite.

•     Once parked, vehicles may be restricted in and out during busy festival hours for safety.
